湖南通程律师事务所专职律师，法律硕士，工作语言为中文和英语。省律协数字产业法律服务团成员，长沙市涉外律师人才培养对象，VHP律所中国区域首席顾问律师，企业内训讲师，湖南工商大学校外实践导师。

曾就职于某港股上市企业，负责和参与跨境商务谈判、国际商事仲裁和处理日常各类国际贸易法律文书。执业聚焦于民商事诉讼、跨境商事争议解决、娱乐法的实务与研究，擅长跨区域法律事务协作和处理。

（2）国际仲裁。代理在中国国际经济贸易仲裁委员会（CIETAC）的跨国商事仲裁，获得仲裁委支持，为客户止损合同货款上千万美元奠基。

（3）出海合规。某上市公司经济制裁与出口管制合规体系及国际贸易业务风险防控体系搭建项目、某央企集团合规体系建设项目。

（4）尽职调查与投资并购。主持参与多项跨境尽职调查，协助客户掌握债务人财产情况，推进债务重组谈判和实施，追回上百万元人民币；参与内地公司并购香港公司法律尽职调查和法律意见出具；参与某上市公司及其子公司与美国上市公司及其新加坡全资子公司股权转让及债转股项目。

（5）娱乐法实务。受聘为MCN机构、直播电商公司法律顾问，为娱乐行业公司完成日常法律文件审阅和法律事项咨询，处理公司劳动仲裁、合约诉讼和合同诉讼；为百万粉丝量级达人提供合约法律谈判，0违约金顺利解约；为小红书博主提供专项法律服务，维护其肖像权和名誉权。

Professional Profile

Petrichor Tsang is a practicing lawyer at Hunan Tongcheng Law Firm, holding a Master of Laws (LL.M.) degree. His working languages are Chinese and English. He serves as a member of the Digital Industry Legal Service Team of the Hunan Provincial Bar Association, a candidate under the Foreign-Related Lawyers Training Program of Changsha Municipality, Chief Consulting Lawyer for VHP Law Firm in China, a corporate internal trainer, and an off-campus practice supervisor at Hunan University of Technology and Business.

Previously, he was employed at a Hong Kong-listed company, where he was responsible for and participated in cross-border commercial negotiations, international commercial arbitrations, and the handling of routine legal documentation in international trade. His practice concentrates on civil and commercial litigation, cross-border commercial dispute resolution, and the practice and research of entertainment law. He is proficient in the coordination and handling of cross-regional legal matters.
