陶银球律师个人简介

陶银球，男，1974年出生，湖南岳阳人，中共党员。大学毕业后，在本省知名上市公司工作六年，先后担任部门主管、经理等职务，熟悉企业运作。2002年-2011年，先后完成法学硕士学位、博士学位，主攻企业经营法律风险防范与控制及政府经济管理与法治。近年来，为湖南主导移动运营商、通程酒店业管理集团等企业制定法律风险防控制度体系，并对其法务人员、高级管理人员集中培训。执业以来，致力于房地产法、建筑法、金融法、公司法、合同法等民商事领域的理论与实务研究，多次成功代理房地产案件、建筑施工案件、公司股权纠纷案件等。

Introduction to Mr. Tao

Tao Yinqiu, born in 1974 in Yueyang City, Hunan Province, is a member of CPC. Upon graduation, he has worked in a well-known listed company for six years as the department supervisor and manager, which makes him familiarize with the company operation. From 2002 to 2011, he has been pursuing both MA degree and Doctor Degree of laws, focusing on prevention and control of legal risks in company operation as well as economic management and rule of law in government agencies. In recent years, he has built up the system of prevention and control of legal risks for the leading Mobile operator and Dolton Hotel Management Group, among others, in Hunan Province, and trained their forensic and advanced management staff. Since being a lawyer, he has attributed to theoretical and practical research of Real Estate Law, Building Act, Financial Law, Company Law, Contract Law, and so on, and successfully been an agent for cases in real estate, construction and company share dispute, etc.
